Terms of Service

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.


1. Product Choice & Framework Responsibility

It is your responsibility to make sure you purchase the correct product. We provide descriptions, screenshots, and framework information for every asset. If you are unsure, contact us before buying.

Some assets are sold separately for ESX and QBcore. These are marked with (ESX) or (QB) at the end of the product name. You must choose the correct version for your server.

The only exception to our no-refund and no-swap policy is:

  • If you purchase a script that is made for only one framework (ESX or QBcore),

  • You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a framework change:

    • ESX → QBcore

    • QBcore → ESX

  • This only applies to scripts that exist as separate ESX and QBcore versions.

  • This does not apply to bundles, multi-framework scripts, or any other assets.

After 24 hours, no framework changes will be made.


2. No Refunds

All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

The 24-hour framework change is not a refund, but a one-time product exchange.


3. License & Usage

All products are licensed for use on servers linked to your Cfx.re account, unless stated otherwise.

You are allowed to:

  • Use the assets on your own servers connected to your Cfx.re account.

You are not allowed to:

  • Distribute, sell, or share the product.

  • Sell or give away license keys.

  • Offer license keys to other users.

  • Share script files with third parties.


4. Account & Asset Responsibility

After purchase, the product is your responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

  • Buying on the wrong account.

  • Being scammed.

  • Sending scripts to others and wanting them back.

  • Losing access to your account.

  • Buying assets you no longer want.

If you purchase an asset on the wrong account, you may transfer it once using Cfx.re Portal.
Each asset can only be transferred one time. We do not perform manual or additional transfers.


5. Updates

We may release updates to fix bugs, improve compatibility, or adjust features.
We do not guarantee feature changes or new features based on customer requests.

It is your responsibility to make sure the product meets your needs before purchasing.


6. Support

Support is provided through Discord and is limited to issues directly related to our scripts.

We do not provide support for:

  • General programming.

  • Third-party scripts.

  • Server configuration not related to our products.


7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that our products will meet all your requirements or be error-free.
We will still assist with issues directly related to our products.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our store and products without notice if these terms are violated.
