- Responsibility for Product After Receiving: Once you have received the product, you are responsible for its use. You may use the purchased assets on any server associated with your Cfx.re Keymaster account. However, you are not allowed to sell server license keys or offer license keys to other users to use our scripts. If you mistakenly purchase assets on the wrong account, you may transfer the asset once to another account. We are not responsible if you are scammed, purchase the wrong framework version, send scripts to someone else and now want them back, lose access to your account, acquire unwanted scripts, etc. You can only transfer the asset once using the method provided by Cfx.re Keymaster, we will not do additional assent transfers.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any of our products. Once a purchase has been made, it is final.
- Licensing and Use: All products sold on our webstore are licensed for use on any server associated with your Cfx.re Keymaster account, unless otherwise stated. You may not distribute, sell, or share the product with others without our permission.
- Asset Transfers: We do not provide asset transfers between frameworks, such as from ESX to QBcore or vice versa. ESX and QBcore assets are sold as separate products. We also do not transfer assets between different accounts.
- Updates: We may release updates to our products from time to time to fix bugs, add features, or improve compatibility. We do not promise to edit existing features or add any new features that you may desire. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the script meets your requirements.
- Support: We provide limited support for our products through Discord. Our support covers issues directly related to our scripts, but we do not provide assistance with general programming concepts or third-party scripts.
- Disclaimer: We make no warranty or representation that our products will meet your requirements or be error-free. However, we are more than happy to assist you in case you encounter any issues when using our products.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our webstore and products at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms of service.
